Mass Update

What is it?

Mass Update is a strategy block in SYMSON that allows you to select specific products and apply edits to the selected products or to all products. You can either select the product manually or you can use the various filters available on the interface.  

You can use it when you need to override existing pricing strategies for short-term adjustments, (like a trend or limited time offer) or manually set prices for a specific selection of products. Mass Update lets you do this without disrupting your long-term pricing setup. 

It gives you Granular control so you can adjust prices at the product level, but also at scale! Second, it gives you Agility, so you can make decisions quickly. Thirdly, your price changes take effect immediately.

The mass update feature performs best when there unique circumstances that require a price change quickly and/or at scales such as a social media trend, sudden market changes, very short seasonal trends, etc. In addition to this, businesses should also take a closer look at the price elasticity of each of the products, this indicates the demand per product for a certain price.
