SYMSON uses APIs to import your company’s sales data to use in our system. Using our MACH architecture gives us the advantage in being able to move and store your data in servers locally or in your countries of operation.  As a company, SYMSON also functions as an organised back up for your data. SYMSON’s platform can host your sales data while using it to glean insights from and make your pricing process more efficient and profitable. As a pricing platform, we handle large amounts of organizational and customer data. SYMSON is committed to data safety. Our platform is completely compliant with regional data regulations such as GDPR when it comes to handling and storage of your customer data and other sensitive information.

AI ALGORITHM

SYMSON’s Smart Algorithm

SYMSON uses AI to help companies employ dynamic pricing. It uses an AI algorithm to recommend the best price points for optimal revenue and/or profit margin . Based on the pricing strategy you choose, and the business rules that you can set up in our platform,  the algorithm will recommend the optimal price points for your chosen products within the parameters. The SYMSON AI model can track and compute 52 different data points to recommend the optimal price for your products.

Machine Learning Capability

Machine learning is the process of training a model using a set of data, and then using that model to make predictions or decisions about new data. SYMSON uses historical sales data through the AI Algorithm to make recommendations based on  scenarios to ensure optimal prices for every product. The more data it processes, the smarter the algorithm gets. This is a self-learning process that gets better with every cycle.

HUMAN VALIDATION

Validating AI & ML Recommendations

Using our insight centre, SYMSON allows you to determine which products are performing consistently within the model. You can look at different visualisations comparing custom dimensions. The SYMSON platform also allows you to see the validity of the AI model for your specific data set. It can also recommend ways for you to improve your data quality for better results.
